What “Feeling Stuck” Is Really Trying to Tell You
And why it might be the best thing that’s ever happened to you.
If you’ve ever said, “I just feel stuck,” you’re not alone.
It’s one of the most common things women tell me. And it’s almost always followed by a disclaimer:
“I should be grateful… I have so much to be thankful for… I don’t even know why I feel this way.”
But stuckness doesn’t mean you’re broken or ungrateful.
It means you’re ready for something deeper.
Feeling stuck is actually a signal.
It’s your body and brain trying to get your attention. Not to shame you… but to guide you.
It’s often a sign that:
- You’ve outgrown something (a role, a routine, a mindset)
- You’ve been over-functioning for too long
- You’ve lost connection with what you want (not just what others need)
What helps?
- Get curious, not critical.
Instead of “What’s wrong with me?” ask: “What’s trying to shift in me?” - Name the gap.
What’s the difference between how life feels now and how you want it to feel? - Stop waiting for the “right time.”
Clarity doesn’t always come before action. Sometimes, action brings clarity.
Here’s what I know:
Stuck is where a lot of women start.
But it doesn’t have to be where you stay.
With heart,
